BE YOUR OWN
PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR
Order your "Guide To Harris County & Texas Investigations" today.
This groundbreaking manual, written by Scott Baldwin, the owner of Advanced Investigative & Screening Solutions, will put
over 15 years worth of investigative experience at your fingertips. Gone are the days of generic manuals, the so-called "PI Training" manuals,
which are very general in nature. They are written that way so that they can sell them in any state. Most of the information is not specific enough to help you in your location. What's open record
in one state may not be available in another state.
This manual is designed SPECIFICALLY for Harris County (Houston) and for obtaining records in Texas. Most of the searches are the same in each of the 254 Texas Counties as well. The same procedure
would be taken to get the records in Galveston, as they would in Harris. That is what is so valuable about this manual. You can hit the ground running, and avoid all the trial by error.
Does this manual hold deep dark secrets that only AISS knows? Probably not, because all of the information is out there, waiting for you to find it. The key word however, is "FIND" it. Just how much time are
you willing to invest running from courthouse to annex, to Sheriff's department, etc. trying to locate a certain record, that's easily available online? You can't go anywhere in Houston it seems in under 45
minutes anyway, so going to the right place your first trip is essential. Pi's bill anywhere from $55 to $75 per hour for research, so being able to deliver the goods to your client in a timely manner, and correctly - will
set you apart from the competition.
Be advised: This manual WILL NOT allow you to become a Licensed Private Investigator in the State of Texas. It will however make you a better Private Investigator.
WARNING! :
Be wary of any manual or training program that promises you can become licensed by taking
their course. In order to become a licensed Pi and own your own company, you need 3 (three) years of investigative experience before DPS will issue you a license.
However, anyone with a clean criminal record can work as a Pi under another company's license. You CANNOT take cases on your own, or freelance, as this is a criminal offense. Simply put, you MUST have
a company license in order to accept cases on your own. There is no law that states you can't investigate someone without having a license, it just says you can't accept payment for investigative services
without a license. Most courts would frown on an investigation done by an unlicensed individual as well.
This manual is designed to drastically reduce the learning curve for doing investigative research in Harris County and general background investigations in Texas. Many, many hours in research
have been put into this manual's compilation and the price can be broken down like this...
The cost of this manual is $250.00. This may seem like a high price for a manual, but consider all the years of knowledge you are getting in one package. If you bill $65 per hour for research or even a flat rate for an investigative item, but you don't know how to get that item... how much non-billable time are you going to waste doing research on trying to
find the source of the information? 1Hour? Two Hours? Maybe even 3 Hours and a trip downtown?
Parking downtown can be as much as $12 at the courthouse. It will take you a minimum of 1-2 hours to make your round trip, (if you are lucky), and hopefully you have gone to the correct office, and requested
the correct search, in the correct manner. If not, there's a VERY good chance you will not get the information you asked for.
So if you come back home empty handed, how much time/money have you wasted on just that one item? This can add up very quickly and easily surpass $250. We've been there, and crossed those bridges FOR you. We've done the work
FOR you, so now you don't have to endure the frustration of running down phone numbers, leads, supervisors, etc.
While many of these searches require a trip to the courthouse or annex building, quite a few can be conducted online, by phone, or even by fax, saving you the trip.
Some you can do for free, while others you may have to pay a small court access or copy fee. Most searches you will learn how to do, you can charge a minimum of $25, and most are upwards of $100 - $250.
If your competition doesn't know how to get it, the clients will come to you, and pay a premium for your valuable time. Plus, by going directly to the source, you will know you have the most current information available.
This reference guide will tell you exactly where to go, what to look for, and how to find it. It's not only great for Established Private Investigators, but also Inquisitive Minds,
New Licensed Investigators, Researchers, Reporters, Employers, etc.
Remember, although the information found is Public Information, it is currently ILLEGAL in Texas to sell those records without
a Private Investigator's License. Selling Background Reports, Criminal Records, etc., requires you to be licensed with the
Texas Department of Public Safety - Private Security Bureau
